Passe no ovo e em seguida na farinha de rosca. Frite em \u00f3leo quente e reserve numa tigela. Refogue a cebola em cubos. Adicione o mel, a gel\u00e9ia, a mostarda e o lim\u00e3o. Cozinhe por 5 minutos. Regue o frango. Salpique com o gergelim. Unte uma assadeira quadrada m\u00e9dia. Descasque e fatie as ma\u00e7as, coloque na assadeira. Misture a farinha, o a\u00e7\u00facar, a canela e o gengibre numa tigela. Acrescente a margarina. Acrescente a aveia e as am\u00eandoas mexendo bem. Salpique sobre as ma\u00e7\u00e3s. Asse por 35 minutos at\u00e9 que as ma\u00e7\u00e3s fiquem macias e a cobertura esteja crocante.
