Mexa at\u00e9 ficar um creme. Tire do fogo e reserve. Bata as claras em neve, adicione o ado\u00e7ante e continue batendo at\u00e9 o ponto de merengue. Em seguida, misture delicadamente o creme de leite (sem soro) e reserve. Umede\u00e7a os biscoitos no leite frio e forre o fundo de um refrat\u00e1rio. Despeje o creme de chocolate e cubra com outra camada de biscoitos. Por \u00faltimo despeje as claras com o creme de leite. Decore com as raspas de chocolate.
