Retire a panela do fogo e junte aos poucos a farinha de trigo j\u00e1 dissolvida no leite. Deixe ferver lentamente, mexendo at\u00e9 a mistura engrossar. Adicione o espinafre, o sal e a pimenta-do-reino. Acrescente o molho sobre o macarr\u00e3o cozido na hora.
