Cubra o salm\u00e3o com essa mistura de temperos. Coloque a beterraba sobre o salm\u00e3o e embale com filme pl\u00e1stico. Coloque em uma travessa n\u00e3o met\u00e1lica e coloque um peso sobre o salm\u00e3o. Deixe descansar na geladeira por dois dias virando a cada doze horas (retire qualquer l\u00edquido caso necess\u00e1rio). Retire do filme e tire as folhas de dill.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na hora de servir corte o salm\u00e3o em fatias finas transversalmente. Fa\u00e7ca uma cama com a cebola roxa e o rabanete. Coloque o salm\u00e3o por cima e cubra com folhas de dill.
