Numa posse das mais concorridas, o advogado Abr\u00e3o Lowenthal assumiu a presid\u00eancia do Fundo Comunit\u00e1rio de S\u00e3o Paulo, substituindo Claudio Bobrow.<\/p>\n

Bacharel em Direito pela Pontif\u00edcia Universidade Cat\u00f3lica de S\u00e3o Paulo (1968), Abr\u00e3o Lowenthal \u00e9 s\u00f3cio fundador da Lowenthal Advogados e sua longa trajet\u00f3ria profissional sempre foi marcada pelo forte apoio a empresas com grande destaque na economia brasileira. Atuou durante v\u00e1rios anos como presidente da B’nai B’rith do Brasil e se dedicou \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o de in\u00fameros servi\u00e7os sociais dentro e fora da comunidade judaica.<\/p>\n

A solenidade de posse contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o especial de Yoel Embon, diretor do Keren Kayesod \u2013 Am\u00e9rica Latina, tendo sido homenageados naquela noite diversos ativistas que se destacaram pelo seu trabalho em prol do Fundo, como Paola Di Picciotto e Marco Matalon.<\/p>\n

Dentre muitos que l\u00e1 estavam, Daniel Leon Bialski, presidente da Hebraica de S\u00e3o Paulo, Isy Rahmani, Eduardo El Kobbi, presidente do KKL Brasil, Luiz Kignel, presidente da Fisesp, Luiz Pikelaizen, Abraham Goldstein, rabino David Weitman, Abr\u00e3o Topczewski, Mauro Zaits, Jack Leon Terpins e Ricardo Berkinsztat.<\/p>\n
