Atualmente trabalha para o Centro de Excel\u00eancia e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o em Pol\u00edticas Educacionais (CEIPE).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antes de ingressar no Banco Mundial em julho de 2014, Cl\u00e1udia Costin foi Secret\u00e1ria da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o da Cidade de Rio de Janeiro. Sob sua dire\u00e7\u00e3o os resultados da aprendizagem aumentaram 22% na cidade. Implementou tamb\u00e9m o programa Primeira Inf\u00e2ncia, trabalhando entre os setores com a Secretaria da Sa\u00fade e a Secretaria de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Social.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cl\u00e1udia foi Vice-Presidente da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Victor Civita, dedicada a melhorar a qualidade do ensino p\u00fablico. Entre seus cargos anteriores figuram Secret\u00e1ria da Cultura do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo e Ministra Federal, Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica e Reforma Estadual. Foi tamb\u00e9m Secret\u00e1ria Executiva do Instituto H\u00e9lio Beltr\u00e3o e Diretora Executiva da Promon Intelligens. Anteriormente foi Gerente Setorial de Redu\u00e7\u00e3o da Pobreza e Gest\u00e3o Econ\u00f4mica para a Am\u00e9rica Latina e o Caribe do Banco Mundial. Foi tamb\u00e9m assessora de v\u00e1rios governos africanos em pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica e moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o estatal. Cl\u00e1udia exerceu cargos acad\u00eamicos na Universidade Cat\u00f3lica de S\u00e3o Paulo (PUC-SP), Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Get\u00falio Vargas, INSPER Instituto de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Pesquisa e \u00c9cole Nationale d\u2019Administration Publique (ENAP) de Qu\u00e9bec, Canad\u00e1.
